Celebrate Shavuot—the festival of first fruits and the giving of Torah—over a long weekend at the farm. This multigenerational gathering weaves together Jewish tradition and Vermont's spring season with community-led learning, prayer, music, and shared meals.
Shavuot is a festival of revelation, and this year, we'll open ourselves to it using ancient technologies of chanting, song, and embodied practice to deepen our connection to Spirit, Earth, community, and self.
The weekend at a glance:
Thursday evening: Community potluck dinner and Shavuot learning blocks, hosted by LTA residents and open to all
Friday morning: Community-led prayer and revelation experience in the field
Friday evening: Potluck dinner followed by Divine Feminine Kirtan with Shemot Shelah (Anna Sobel and friends)
Saturday: Join us for Shavuot on the Mountain, our beloved annual hike to Mt. Mansfield's Mountain Chapel
Overnight options: Stay overnight and wake up on the farm! Our Guest Suite (a cozy one-bedroom apartment) as well as rooms in our Common House, are available to rent. Or pitch a tent on one of our tent platforms.
