Farm adventures rooted in Jewish tradition and connection to the earth
Join us for a full day of fun on the farm and in the forest! This camp engages all the senses with plenty of time outdoors exploring the natural world and building deep connection to food, the earth, and each other.
We begin each day with gratitude, games, and farm adventures. Throughout the week, campers will enjoy fresh farm produce, cook delicious healthy treats, explore the woods, and splash in the river—all while weaving in Jewish values of kindness, cooperation, learning, and gratitude. Ancient stories, Hebrew songs, and blessings will be part of our daily rhythm as we celebrate our connection to the land and seasons.
As the week draws to a close, campers will play a special role in preparing for our Shabbat on the Farm event—gathering wildflowers for table arrangements and possibly lending a hand with the lamb roasting, if they choose.
Two age groups:
Nitzan/Buds, ages 4–6 (preschool/K)
Perach/Flowers, ages 7–11
While Valley Teva is rooted in Jewish tradition, families of all backgrounds are welcome to join us in nature and community.

Ages: 4–12 years old (kids placed in two groups: 4–6 and 7–12)
Hours: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM daily

Camp tuition:
$333 for one child
$299 sibling rate (10% discount)
To reserve a spot: Make a $50 per-child deposit or pay the full program amount through the registration link below. Full tuition is due one month before the camp start date. Deposits are nonrefundable and count toward full tuition.
Stay for Shabbat!
The week culminates in our Shabbat on the Farm dinner on Friday evening (July 31), where campers and their families join the wider community for a festive farm-to-table feast—including fire-roasted lamb raised right here on the farm—followed by a Kabbalat Shabbat celebration. It's a beautiful way to close out a week of living close to the land. For families who choose to camp overnight, Saturday brings a Shabbat morning gathering and community potluck lunch before we part ways.
Stay for the week!
Families are invited to camp on the beautiful land at Living Tree for the week. Send your child to camp for the day and go off to explore the beauty of Vermont! Hike Camel's Hump, swim in the Mad River, and enjoy the bounty of the farm. You can even work remotely during the day. Past families have traveled from as far as Florida and Texas to experience our farm camp!
Basic camping amenities include:
Community outdoor kitchen with meal prep space, potable water, and limited refrigeration
Composting toilets
Handwashing stations
Outdoor shower
Camping fee: $25/night or $125 for the week
